Occupational Therapy Assistant
The best patient outcomes begin by listening to our therapists. Continuum Therapy Partners was born from a desire to address a gap in the industry: the need for a company that truly prioritizes the clinicians voice. Since we began with nine facilities in North Carolina, we have scaled our model to support 275 facilities in 16 states, without losing sight of our roots.
Our therapists are our most vital partners; without them, the care we provide and the company weve built could not exist. If you are looking for a leadership team that is driven by therapists, for therapists, lets start a conversation.
