Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (No After-Hours Call)
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary (Commensurate with experience) + Benefits Package
A well-established community health organization is seeking a dedicated, bilingual (Spanish/English) Pediatrician to join its team.

You will work alongside a supportive team of clinical and administrative professionals to provide high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse pediatric patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management
- Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families
- Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties
- Collaborate with dedicated medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
- Board Credentials: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
- Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate state licensure).
- Clinical Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to serving diverse, community-based patient populations.
