We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered OB/GYN to join our respected and innovative Women's Health team in Baldwin, Wisconsin, a welcoming community located just east of the MinneapolisSt. Paul metro area. This is a unique opportunity to practice full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology within a collaborative, low-intervention care model that values relationship-based medicine and exceptional outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $400,000
• Additional earning opportunities through either:
  • RVU production incentive model
  • Comprehensive incentive plan incorporating:
