Position Highlights - Surgical Volume: Current retina surgeons are booked months in advance, providing immediate access to patient volume.
- Clinical Support: Work with a dedicated scribe, 1 to 2 PCAs, and ophthalmic technicians.
- Flexible Schedule: Choose a 4 or 5 day workweek with dedicated blocked OR time.
- Clinical Autonomy: Shape your case mix and clinical volume based on your professional goals.
Compensation & Benefits - Compensation: Negotiable salary guarantee with production incentives and first year earning potential of $650,000 to $900,000+.
- Partnership: 1 year partnership track with partners earning $1M+ annually.
