What You ll Do: - Provide expert support in orthopedic surgeries including total joint replacements, fracture repairs, and general orthopedics.
- Assist in the operating room and support post-operative patient care.
- Conduct clinic visits, evaluate patient progress, and perform procedures such as joint injections and splinting.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care activities accurately using EPIC Excellian EMR system.
- Support patient rounding during mornings and occasional weekends.
- Participate in team meetings and ensure compliance with all safety and quality protocols.
What You Need: - Active MN Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- NCCPA Certification (for PA) or ANCC Certification (for NP)
- BLS Tier 1 Certification within 180 days of start date
- Minimum 1-year orthopedic or surgical experience
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
