This direct-hire, on-site position offers a competitive $140,000 $160,000 annual salary and provides an opportunity to deliver comprehensive primary and preventive care across clinic locations and a Mobile Health Unit.

Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluate patients and obtain medical/social histories.
- Perform physical examinations and develop treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging.
- Provide preventive care and chronic disease management.
- Treat patients across the lifespan.
- Provide SUD treatment and MAT services as appropriate.
- Prescribe medications within scope of practice.
- Coordinate specialty, behavioral health, and community referrals.
- Provide patient education and counseling.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Support care coordination, quality improvement, and community health initiatives.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coding.
- Provide coverage across ELA clinic locations and the Mobile Health Unit.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Physician Assistant with appropriate California practice credentials.
- Primary care experience preferred.
- MAT/SUD experience strongly preferred.
- Experience caring for both pediatric and adult patients.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in clinic and community settings.
