Pay & Benefits: - Hourly Pay Rate: $128.19

What You ll Do: - Support orthopedic surgical procedures, including total joint replacements and fracture repairs
- Assist in the OR during surgeries and post-operative care
- Conduct clinic visits, evaluating and managing patient cases
- Apply casts, splints, and durable medical equipment (DME)
- Perform joint injections and other minimally invasive procedures
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care
- Document treatments using EPIC Excellian EMR system
What You Need: - Valid MN Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
- NCCPA certification or equivalent for PA; BLS certification
- At least 1 year of OR experience, preferably in orthopedics
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work as part of a team
