Seeking a Family Practice Physician for an outpatient permanent opening in the Finger Lakes Region of Western NY near Canandaigua.

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
M-F, Full-time 40 hours a week
Call 1 week every 7-8 weeks (phone only) - Secure text from answering service and then the clinician calls them back (light volume)
Will see all ages
Typically, see approx. 18 ppd
EMR is ECW
Salary 200-240k depending on experience, full benefits, relocation assistance, and eligible for loan repayment through HRSA
