  • The role includes beeper-only call coverage for established patients, with an estimated call frequency of 2 to 5 calls per week. Call is light and conducted by phone only, ensuring minimal disruption to your schedule.

• Clinical Requirements:

  • Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine with a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology.
  • An active Virginia (VA) medical license is required, along with certifications in ABLS, ACLS, and BLS. PALS and ATLS certifications are not required.
  • Experience with the Aria EMR system is preferred for efficient documentation and patient management.

• Practice Setting:

  • The position is exclusively outpatient, focusing on managing established patients in a well-supported oncology center.

• Collaborative Environment:

  • You will be working alongside three permanent providers, contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere. The center is actively seeking a full-time Medical Oncologist, creating potential opportunities for collaboration.
