• Shifts:

• Clinical Focus:

  • The Anesthesiologist will supervise a team of 3-4 CRNAs per MD, handling a variety of cases in a busy surgical setting.
  • Responsibilities include conducting pre-operative and post-operative interviews, being present for inductions, and providing assistance as needed during procedures.
  • The role requires consistent communication and support for the CRNA team to ensure optimal patient care.

• Patient Demographics and Support:

  • The facility operates 28 ORs and handles a diverse patient population. The program is known for its high acuity and fast-paced nature.
  • The Anesthesiologist will work closely with other medical professionals, including nurses, CRNAs, and surgical staff, to provide comprehensive care.

• Experience with Epic EMR:

  • Familiarity with the Epic EMR system is necessary for seamless integration into the team.
