  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
  • Employed
  • Average Patients seen: 11-15
  • Sign-On Bonus
  • Compensation: - Base salary plus bonuses with earning potential up to $300,000- Provider incentive bonus is performance based not RBU or fee for service

  • Additional Info: We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our team full-time.
