What You ll Do: - Provide full-scope midwifery care in a hospital setting, supporting labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
- Manage intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in collaboration with hospital staff.
- Serve as a first assist during deliveries, ensuring patient safety and care quality.
- Perform well-woman gynecologic exams across the lifespan.
- Support patients through labor and delivery in a Level III NICU onsite environment.
- Manage patient documentation using Epic EMR system.
- Provide postpartum care and education to new mothers.
What You Need: - Required: Active Texas Medical License, Texas DEA, board certification in midwifery
- Experience: At least 2 years of full-scope midwifery and recent first assist experience (within last 2 years)
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, ability to work in a team environment
