  • Position: Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician

Key Requirements
  • Licensure: Must have a KY license
  • Board Certification: Yes, minimum Board Certification Eligible
  • Certifications: BLS and PALS required
  • Experience: Required in high and low-risk pregnancies, OB ultrasounds, and various deliveries
  • Vaccination: Not specified
  • Credentialing Timeline: 60 days
