Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Job description

Join a mission-driven healthcare team in Central Phoenix providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an integrated family medicine and behavioral health setting. This unique practice serves a diverse patient population, including individuals with vision loss, and is dedicated to delivering accessible, compassionate, whole-person care. We are seeking a Physician Assistant who is passionate about improving health outcomes and making a meaningful impact in the community.

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday-Friday
  • 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • No evenings, weekends, or major holiday clinic hours

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care services for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform physical exams, preventive screenings, and health assessments
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and disease management
  • Deliver compassionate care tailored to the needs of individuals with vision loss and other underserved populations
  • Collaborate with behavioral health and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain accurate EHR documentation-EMR-NextGen with AI Ambient Assistant

Qualifications Required

  • Current or pending Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
  • NCCPA Certification
  • Three years of primary care experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
