Position Overview:A growing specialty sinus and ENT practice in Laredo, NM is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible ENT Physician to join its expanding team. Responsibilities:Diagnose and manage disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and sinuses
Perform in-office ENT procedures and surgical cases (as applicable)
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide follow-up care
Collaborate with referring providers and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Schedule:Full-Time
Outpatient-focused schedule

Skills:Endoscopic sinus procedures
Balloon sinuplasty (preferred)
Allergy and chronic sinusitis management
In-office surgical techniques
EMR proficiency
Requirements:MD/DO from an accredited medical school
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology
Active or eligible for New Mexico medical license
Strong procedural and clinical expertise
Patient-centered communication skills
Skilled Nursing Facility or post-acute care experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
