Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

A facility is seeking two Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners for an ongoing inpatient locums assignment beginning in July. This opportunity includes scheduled clinical hours combined with night call coverage in a collaborative neonatal setting.

• Ongoing assignment

• 24-hour coverage model

• Shift schedule:

  • 7:00 AM 7:00 AM

• Providers will work onsite for approximately 6 8 hours daily, followed by night beeper call coverage through the following morning

• Providers must remain within 30 minutes of the hospital while on call

• Inpatient neonatal setting

• Average patient volume: 5 8 patients per shift

• Epic EMR

• Trauma Level: 0

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

• Active state license required

• DEA required

• Certifications required:

  • BLS

  • NRP

  • STABLE

• Seeking providers comfortable with both onsite neonatal coverage and overnight call responsibilities

• Ongoing coverage need with priority given to providers interested in consistent scheduling and continuity
