UVA Community Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join Bull Run Family Medicine, a well-established outpatient primary care practice in Northern Virginia. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive care across the lifespan in a collaborative, team-based environment with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support.
Position Highlights
- Established outpatient Family Medicine practice in Manassas, VA
- 1.0 FTE opportunity with 36 patient-facing hours per week
- Flexible scheduling with options for a 4-day or 4.5-day workweek
- Collaborative team of 15+ providers
- Shared call model among 3 practices with Envera RN triage support, averaging approximately 2 3 weeks annually
- Epic EMR with DAX Copilot AI
Schedule
Clinic hours:
- Monday & Tuesday: 7:45 AM 7:00 PM
- Wednesday Friday: 7:45 AM 4:30 PM
Providers typically work one extended day each week to support scheduling flexibility.
Patient Volume
- Long day: patients
- Regular day: patients
- Half day: patients
Ancillary Services
- LabCorp onsite services at Prince William Medical Center
- Nurse visits
- Myriad cancer screening
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
- Commitment to patient-centered care
The base compensation range for this role is $269,452 - $382,525 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate s qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
