Job description

Primary Care Medical Director opportunity in Brattleboro, Vermont. Lead a thriving hospital-employed Primary Care team while maintaining a clinical practice. Compensation range of $200,000-$260,000 annually. Leadership-focused Medical Director role with dedicated administrative responsibilities and continued clinical practice. Join a stable, hospital-employed multi-specialty medical group with approximately 50 providers. Provide medical leadership and oversight for four established Primary Care sites. Collaborate closely with administrative leadership to improve workflows, scheduling, and EHR optimization. Lead quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based care programs across the Primary Care network. Mentor and support physicians and advanced practice providers. Participate in clinician recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts. Help shape strategic growth initiatives and population health programs. Play an integral role in advancing value-based care and community health initiatives. Work within a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on high-quality, patient-centered care. Opportunity to influence operational, clinical, and strategic decisions across the organization. Board-certified or board-eligible MD or DO candidates encouraged to apply. Minimum three years of ambulatory clinical experience required. Leadership experience preferred. Located in scenic southern Vermont with easy access to New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
