What You ll Do
- Conduct outpatient clinic visits and procedural interventions for cardiac electrophysiology cases
- Manage complex arrhythmia patients, with a focus on atrial fibrillation and ablation procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans
- Document patient encounters efficiently using Epic EMR system
- Participate in procedural workflows with minimal call responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
- Contribute to a positive patient experience through expert care and professionalism
What You Need
Required: - Medical License in Minnesota
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Electrophysiology
- At least 2 years of EP experience post-fellowship
- Proficiency with Epic EMR (current within last 12 months)
- Ability to commit to a longer-term assignment of at least 6 months
Preferred: - Prior experience working in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
