Job description

Very competitive total compensation opportunity (141k+)
RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
Quality incentives up to $20,000 annually
Commencement bonus of $20,000
$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

Outpatient Rural Health Clinicopen Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5:00 pm
Four 10-hour days per week
Average 15-17 patients per day
Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
No after hour call requirements
Well-established referral base throughout Northeast Oregon
Clinic consists of 3 exam rooms, 1 procedure room
2 point-of-care BK ultrasound machines, Olympus cystoscopy equipment, Laborie urodynamics equipment
Minimum of 1:1 clinical support staff
Fulltime, permanent
Epic EMR
