Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our established Immediate Care team at our Ridge Road location in Channahon. You'll care for patients of all ages, treat a broad range of illnesses and injuries, and help ensure families throughout our growing communities have access to high-quality care close to home.

Your Impact
- Provide timely, patient-centered care for patients of all ages
- Evaluate and treat a broad range of acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Perform common urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, and foreign body removal
- Help patients receive the right level of care close to home while reducing unnecessary Emergency Department visits
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and hospital-based specialists to provide coordinated care
Schedule & Scope
- Full-time Immediate Care position at our Ridge Road location in Channahon
- Every-other-weekend rotation required
- No call responsibilities
- Care for patients across the lifespan in a fast-paced, procedure-oriented setting
- On-site laboratory and X-ray services
- Access to advanced imaging, Emergency Medicine, Radiology, and specialty services throughout the Morris Hospital system
- Occupational Medicine services are part of the practice

Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Eligible for Illinois APRN licensure
- DEA certification or eligibility
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- DOT certification required prior to start
- Comfortable with suturing and common urgent care procedures
- Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or similar acute care experience preferred
