What You ll Do - Provide holistic, patient-centered care in a hospital Medical Surgical unit

- Educate patients and families about health conditions and discharge instructions
- Document care activities accurately in electronic medical records
- Delegate tasks to appropriate care team members
What You Need - Valid Minnesota RN license
- BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC certifications (or willing to obtain within specified timeframes)
- Minimum one year of hospital nursing experience
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused care
