We are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide locum tenens coverage in a welcoming outpatient setting near Mercer, Wisconsin. This opportunity offers long-term stability as the facility continues its search for a permanent provider.
Assignment Details: - Start Date: April 21, 2025
- End Date: Ongoing assignment
- Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only (no inpatient duties)
- Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Shifts: MondayFriday, 8-hour days
- Patients Per Shift: 1420
- Call Requirements: None
Practice Requirements: - Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology is required
- Must be board-eligible or board-certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Active BLS certification is required
- EMR System: Epic experience preferred
- Hospital privileges required (no temporary privileges available)
Support Staff & Environment: - Collaborative environment with excellent support staff
- Support Staff Includes:
- RNs: 8
- NPs/PAs: 1.1
- Office Staff: 4
- No supervision of advanced practice providers or residents required
Travel & Lodging: - Nearest Airports
