What You'll Do:
- Provide preventive care, annual physicals, and sick visits
- Diagnose and treat acute conditions and manage chronic diseases
- Oversee medication management and health screenings
- Serve as the patient's first point of contact within a coordinated care network
- Collaborate with a broad range of specialists across the practice
What You'll Bring:
- MD or DO, board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible New York medical license
- Comfort working within a production-based (revenue-share) compensation model
- Open to new grads or physicians with prior experience
