Locums - Auburn, New York Anesthesiology Job

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
- 5x8s
- 40 hours guaranteed
- Night call: 5:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
- Weekend call: 24-hour shifts, 7:00 a.m.-7:00 a.m.
- Weekend call includes a 2-hour minimum guarantee
- Must be willing to cover a minimum of 2 calls per week
- Additional call coverage available as needed
- Must be able to arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes when on call
Call Details:
- The 2-hour minimum applies only if actually called in and work is under 2 hours, or if called in and immediately sent home due to case cancellation
- Otherwise, providers are paid based on actual case start and end times
- Always check in and out with the Unit Coordinator when entering or leaving the facility
Clinical Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Anesthesiology experience
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Proficient in regional anesthesia
- Must be able to independently perform blocks
- Comfortable supervising up to 4:1
- OB experience required
- Cannot accept Residents or Fellows
Certifications & Licensure:
- Active New York license
- AHA or RQI certification
