Locum Tenens assignment covering inpatient consults, ED consults, and transfersERCP preferredBoard certification required at minimum certified levelACLS certification requiredTrauma Level 3 facilityRequired procedural skills include: Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, and injection of varicesERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography) preferred, both diagnostic and therapeuticPercutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) requiredEsophageal dilatation/manometry and esophageal manometry interpretation requiredSmall bowel biopsy requiredLower GI endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy (flexible and rigid), and colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision requiredEndoscopic ultrasound (EUS) preferredLiver biopsy requiredInsertion and management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube requiredFacility:
