What You ll Do
- Provide expert neurosurgical care including spinal and cranial procedures
- Manage inpatient rounding and admits on a daily basis
- Respond to emergent call and perform urgent surgeries as needed
- Coordinate with a team of neurosurgery providers and APPs in a hospital-based setting
- Conduct imaging, lab work, and procedures using onsite facilities, including OR and procedure rooms
- Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality surgical interventions
- Document care using Cerner EMR system
What You Need
- Required:
- Active Medical License with Board Certification in Neurosurgery
- Willingness to perform both spinal and cranial surgeries
- Ability to handle inpatient care and emergent calls
- Preferred:
- Previous experience in a hospital setting
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
