Schedule
- 1:6 weekday phone-only call
- 1:4 weekend morning call, with flexibility by site
- Patient volumes tailored to your preferences
- Optional Medical Director potential - 50% admin and 50% clinical
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation structure tailored to full-time or part-time arrangements
- $650k - $700k base salary
- 33 days of PTO plus 11 paid holidays
- One week of CME with a $4,000 annual allowance
- Malpractice coverage with tail included
