Long-term locum assignment with a 6-month minimum commitment requiredCoverage needed Monday through Friday with particular need for Monday and Friday shift coverageShift lengths of 8, 10, and 12 hours available depending on location and scheduling12-hour and 10-hour shifts available at main OR locations8-hour shifts available at GI Specialty CenterProvider will be credentialed and scheduled across three locations within the same health systemProviders will receive a notification the night before their shift indicating which location to report toShifts are posted up to one year in advance; schedule confirmation is expected promptly upon acceptanceFlexibility with shift lengths (8s, 10s, and 12s) is strongly preferredHoliday coverage availability is preferredMust provide a minimum of 30 days' notice for any schedule changes or if no longer planning to workMust have 200 cases completed within the last 12 monthsNo new graduates will be consideredPrefer candidates with a clear background and no malpractice historyFacility:
