Locum-to-Perm - Dayton, Ohio, CRNA Opening
Clinical Role
- ASAP start with ongoing need
- Locum-to-permanent opportunity
- Minimum 6-month commitment required
- Provider to go to perm after 6 months
- Pediatric anesthesia setting
- Supervised by Pediatric Anesthesiologists
- Level I Trauma Center
- Approximately 13,000 OR cases annually
- Approximately 1-15 surgical cases per day
- No pain management cases
Schedule & Coverage
- No call, weekends, or holidays
- 8-hour shift: 7:00 am-3:30 pm
- 10-hour shift: 7:00 am-5:30 pm
- Must provide consistent coverage for a minimum of 6 months
Practice Setting & Support
- 11 ORs at the main location and 4 ORs at an additional location
- Medical Imaging and Interventional Radiology coverage
- Support includes Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, physicians, and nursing staff
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
Requirements & Credentialing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Graduate of an accredited AANA-approved Nurse Anesthesia program
- Current CRNA certification
- NBCRNA board certification required
- AANA certification required
- Active Ohio license required
- BLS and PALS required
- Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills
- 1-3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience preferred
