A well-established and reputable orthopedic private practice in West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing organization. The selected candidate will join a professionally managed private practice with a strong market presence and an established referral network. The role provides the opportunity to practice efficiently within a collaborative, high-performance clinical setting supported by experienced administrative and ancillary staff.

• Deliver comprehensive orthopedic care in outpatient and surgical settings
• Collaborate with physician colleagues and interdisciplinary care teams
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and practice development efforts
• Adhere to clinical, regulatory, and compliance standards

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited orthopedic surgery residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training preferred but not required
• Eligibility for unrestricted Florida medical licensure
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
