Medical Associates of Louisa is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient primary care practice in beautiful Louisa, Virginia. Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for unrestricted Virginia medical license
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
Compensation
Years 1 2: Guaranteed annual compensation of $250,000 , structured according to specialty:
Family Medicine: $222,500 base salary + $27,500 guaranteed incentive
Providers may earn additional compensation through the wRVU productivity model if production exceeds the guaranteed threshold.
Sign-on bonus offered
After Year 2: Compensation transitions to the applicable base salary plus a wRVU-based productivity incentive model .
