Job description

Fort Worth Plastic Surgery is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with a strong focus in facial plastic surgery and aesthetic procedures to join our established and growing practice in Fort Worth, Texas. This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon with a passion for facial aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, and delivering natural-looking results. We welcome applications from both experienced surgeons and recently graduated plastic surgery residents with strong training in facial cosmetic procedures.

Our practice offers an established patient base, experienced clinical and administrative support, and an on-site surgical facility. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to build and grow a facial aesthetics practice while providing a combination of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

Job Requirements and Duties:
  • Perform a broad range of cosmetic and facial plastic surgery procedures
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans
  • Perform facial rejuvenation and aesthetic procedures with an emphasis on natural-looking results
  • Perform cosmetic injectables and other non-surgical aesthetic treatments
  • Build and grow a strong facial plastic surgery patient base
  • Develop long-term relationships with patients through personalized care
  • Participate in practice meetings and ongoing professional development
Facial Plastic Surgery Focus:

The position will have a strong emphasis on facial cosmetic procedures, including:

  • Facelift
  • Neck Lift
  • Blepharoplasty
  • Brow Lift
  • Rhinoplasty
  • Otoplasty
  • Lip Augmentation
  • FaceTite
  • Ellacor Wrinkle Treatment
  • Cosmetic injectables and facial aesthetic treatments
Qualifications:
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Plastic Surgery
  • Strong interest and experience in facial plastic surgery and aesthetic procedures
  • Completed Cosmetic or Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship preferred
  • Active Texas Medical License or ability to obtain one
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, personalized cosmetic care
