  • Compensation: - Great base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan- Up to $200,000 sign-on bonus based on experience- Up to $36,000 in training stipends for local programs

This collaborative attitude helps create an atmosphere that's warm and inviting - even fun!DETAILS:- Join a well-established practice with a full patient panel ready for you on day one- Full range of urologic services, from treatment for kidney stones to sub-urethral slings for stress incontinence, and da Vinci surgical procedures including robotic prostatectomy- Full support of 5 APPs in both inpatient and outpatient settings- Collaborative approach to medicine with a fully integrated healthcare system supporting you and your patients- Flexible scheduling for those looking for full or part-time opportunities- Teaching opportunities as well- EHR = EPIC
