Board certified / Board eligible in Internal or Family Medicine.Experience/Physical Requirements:Experience in group practice and/or hospital setting preferred.Licensure/Certification: Active and unrestricted West Virginia License. Current Federal and WV Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Fully credentialed according to by laws of the organization.
