Compensation & Benefits :
- Competitive Compensation: $350,000 annually (W-2 structure) guaranteed with over $1 Million in documented earnings
- Collections-Based Bonus: 35% of collections beyond $1.5M production (paid on 1099 for tax flexibility)
- Generous Performance Bonus: Substantial earnings potential through collections-based incentives once threshold is met

Qualifications
- Degree: DDS/DMD with OMFS residency completion
- Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Licensure: Eligible for licensure in the state of South Carolina
