Electrophysiologist Needed ASAP Hazard ARH Regional Medical Center

Job Overview
  • Specialty: Internal Medicine Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
  • Position Type: Locum Tenens
  • Start Date: ASAP Begin January 2026
  • Duration: Ongoing
  • Coverage: Electrophysiologist needed to cover EP services 2 weeks per month
  • Holiday Coverage: New Year s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
  • Provider Type: Physician
  • Schedule
    • Specific Shift & Call Hours:
      • Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Surgery/Clinic)
      • Call during weekdays only
      • No weekend call
    • Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient
    • EMR: MediTech
Procedures
  • Average 30 procedures per month
  • Includes:
    • EP Diagnostic Studies
    • Ablations
    • Device Implants
Requirements
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
  • Active State License (KY or IMLC accepted)
  • Certifications: BLS/ACLS
  • Vaccines: Mandatory (flu)
  • Credentialing: Streamlined process
