JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: ABEM Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • Licenses: Active West Virginia medical license or IMLC eligibility; DEA pending

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide locum tenens emergency medicine coverage at War Memorial Hospital (Critical Access Hospital).
  • Manage a diverse patient population with an annual volume of 9,500 in an 8-bed ED.
  • Work 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM), with potential for 24-hour shifts.
  • Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and order entry.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff and maintain compliance with credentialing requirements, including cross-credentialing at Hampshire Memorial.
