Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative outpatient team providing comprehensive primary care services to an established and growing patient population. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
- Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and preventive health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic studies
- Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical team meetings
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program
- Active California medical license or ability to obtain
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
