About the POSITION:

A well-established private practice in Newington, CT, is seeking a motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join their team full-time. The practice has been serving the community for decades and is known for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will be someone who prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth and values long-term relationships with patients. A compassionate chairside manner, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, is essential.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3 5 years of clinical experience required

  • GPR or AEGD training preferred

  • Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative, and preventive care

  • Strong desire for continued learning and professional development

Practice Highlights:

  • Serving the community since the early 1980s

  • Patient mix: approximately 60% PPO, 40% fee-for-service

  • Active patient base: 1,900

  • Modern technology, including digital X-rays and an iTero Scanner

  • 3 doctor chairs and 2 hygiene chairs

  • Full-time schedule: Monday Friday
