Position Details
- Work alongside 1 experienced doctor
- 6 operatories
- Strong clinical support: 3 assistants, 2 hygienists, 1 front office staff
- Patient mix: 90% adult population
- new patients per month
- Ample opportunity to develop and expand clinical skills or specialize
- W2 position
- In-network with Delta Dental and Medicaid
Compensation & Benefits
- Base guarantee with 35% 37% of collections
- Monthly production bonuses
- Potential to earn $300K+ annually working 4 days/week (8am 5pm)
- $800/day guarantee for first 3 months
- $20,000 sign-on bonus
- 36% production structure (alternative comp model depending on arrangement)
