What You ll Do
- Provide in-hospital OB/GYN care, including routine and complicated deliveries
- Manage low-forceps, C-sections, breech presentations, and multiple births
- Perform VBACs and repair third- and fourth-degree lacerations
- Collaborate with midwives and hospital staff on-call coverage
- Document care using EPIC EMR system
- Support baby deliveries and inpatient patient care
- Respond to emergency obstetric situations during on-call hours
What You Need
Required: - Kentucky medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- OB/GYN certification
- Proven inpatient obstetric experience
- Ability to perform routine and complex deliveries
Preferred: - Experience with VBACs and cesarean decision-making
- Comfort working with midwives and a low-volume C-section caseload
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
