Opportunity:
Hospital Medicine Physician
Join a close-knit hospital medicine team of 14 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers. The position offers the opportunity to manage a broad range of cases with varying levels of acuity and complexity while working within a highly collaborative environment.
Details:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- All experience levels are encouraged to apply
- Established team with strong physician and APP collaboration
- Majority of shifts are day shifts
- Monthly rotation of mid-shifts
- Minimal night shift responsibilities
- Block scheduling with flexibility whenever possible
- Critical care team manages ICU patients requiring vents, pressors, and BiPAP
- Hospitalists may manage lower-acuity ICU patients
- Procedures are optional and not required
- Respond to codes and rapid response alerts for your patients and when nearby
- Strong emphasis on teamwork and supporting colleagues
Compensation:
- Base compensation $336,000 plus incentives
