About the POSITION:
A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is needed to join a well-established Behavioral Health team within a large, mission-driven community health organization in Montana. This organization provides integrated, patient-centered care and has a strong reputation for serving diverse populations across the region.
Clinic hours:
Monday Friday: 7:00 am 6:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am 5:00 pm
40-hour work week or flexible
Requirements:
Minimum 2 3 years of PMHNP experience (no new graduates at this time)
Commitment to working in a collaborative, integrated care model
Services Provided:
Comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Individual and group therapy
Crisis intervention and stabilization support
Follow-up care and continuity of services post-hospitalization
Collaborative care management with primary care providers
Individualized treatment and safety planning
Evidence-based therapy modalities, including EMDR, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, play therapy, and more
Psychopharmacology appointments and referrals as appropriate
