You will join five physicians and four APPs. The practice has been operating for almost 40 years, very financially stable and provides an outstanding work / life balance with flexible scheduling. Total earnings up to $300,000. Monday through Friday with 36 patient contact hours. Outpatient only position. Rotating Saturday 9a - 12p with on call weekend with a 1:4 call schedule - telephone call only. Competitive salary plus production bonuses. revenue collected for services rendered. Baseline of revenue to collect and % of overage, TBD Even mix of patients between private insurance, medicare and medicaid. CME time and , paid malpractice, 7 paid holidays, sick time and vacation PTO. Private practice for over 30 years in same community. PCMH accredited. Members of an ACO and PHO.
