An established, physician-owned vascular surgery group in Anchorage is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join its collaborative team. Founded in 2012, the practice is the only dedicated vascular surgery group in Alaska, serving patients throughout the state with comprehensive vascular care.
With an established referral network, experienced advanced practice providers, an on-site cath lab, and strong relationships with hospitals throughout Alaska, this opportunity offers the resources to step into an established practice while developing your own areas of clinical interest.

- Approximately 20 patients per clinic day

- Dedicated cath lab at the practice, with additional hospital-based procedural capabilities

Schedule & Call
- Clinic hours: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Typical schedule: 4 days of surgery and 1 day dedicated to clinic
- Block scheduling for surgical cases
- Approximately 2 3 cath lab cases on procedural days
- Shared call coverage for 2 hospitals
- Group call currently approximately 1:4, transitioning to 1:3 following a physician departure
- Primarily home call, with advanced practice providers providing initial support when appropriate
- Collegial team with a collaborative approach to call coverage
Compensation & Partnership
- $750,000 base salary under an initial two-year contract
- Quarterly productivity bonus opportunities totaling up to $50,000 under the described incentive structure
- Additional productivity-based compensation
- Partnership consideration typically after 1 2 years, depending on individual performance and business development
- Potential for equal or minority ownership, subject to partnership terms
