Locum Physician - OB/GYN in Paducah, KY

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide routine delivery services, including vaginal and low forceps deliveries.
- Make critical decisions for C-sections and manage complicated deliveries such as breech births and multiple births.
- Conduct VBACs and repair significant lacerations (3rd and 4th degree).
- Ensure GYN call coverage as required, with a focus on inpatient care.
- Utilize EMR system (EPIC) for documentation.
- Collaborate with midwives who will deliver their own patients.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology).
- Active Kentucky medical license or IMLC.
- Current BLS certification.
- DEA registration.
- Must be available for coverage from November 25-29, without exceptions.
- Previous experience at the facility is preferred; include details if applicable.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Kentucky Medical License or active IMLC.
- Board Certification/Board Eligibility (American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology).
- Current BLS certification.
- DEA registration.
