Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Job description

  • Physician Assistant needed for a skilled-nursing role where your assessment will shape the plan-not simply check a box.
  • See the whole patient, connect changes across visits and make informed clinical decisions based on more than a five-minute encounter.
  • Guide care from physical examination and diagnosis through treatment planning, medication management and ongoing follow-up.
  • Stay hands-on with a broad range of responsibilities, including patient education, injections, suturing, wound management and infection care.
  • Work in step with physicians, nurses and facility professionals to address concerns early and reduce avoidable hospital transfers.
  • Earn $95K-$125K plus comprehensive benefits in a stable position where your experience, clinical instincts and relationships genuinely matter.
