What You ll Do
- Perform vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures such as embolizations, angiograms, thrombolysis, and IVC filter placements/removals
- Conduct emergency interventional radiology procedures including trauma embolizations, nephrostomies, cholecystostomies, and abscess drainages
- Read diagnostic cases between interventional procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with all safety and procedural protocols
- Document procedures and patient progress accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new techniques and technologies in interventional radiology
What You Need
- Valid, unrestricted Michigan medical license
- ABR certification in radiology
- DEA license
- 2+ years of relevant radiology experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in interventional radiology procedures
- Ability to read diagnostic cases in addition to interventional work
