FACILITY INFORMATION • Team Composition: 1 Physician and 2 APPs
• Specialty collaboration with Internal Medicine, Neurology, Orthopedics, and other specialties
• Supportive clinical and administrative staff
• No. of Beds: 61
• EMR: Cerner

REQUIRED PROCEDURES • Electrocardiogram (EKG) interpretation
• Ambulatory cardiac monitoring
• Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE)
• Nuclear stress testing (preferred)
• Stress echocardiography (preferred)
• Device management (preferred but not required)
JOB REQUIREMENTS • Active VT Medical License or willing to obtain
• BC/BE in Cardiology (If BE, graduation date must be provided)
• DEA
• CPR
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days)
• 1 year of post-training experience
